ACCESS STATEMENTGROUND FLOOR FLAT - 17 BRITTEN CLOSE

Introduction

Our self catering flat is in a quiet residential area and the flat is on the ground floor of an apartment block which consists of 4 flats.  We have tried to provide as much information as possible in this statement, if you have any queries please do contact us.  We look forward to welcoming you.

PRE-ARRIVAL

We have a website address www.brittenclose.com and information on  www.enjoyengland.com and www.visitbritain.com  Bookings/enquiries can be made via telephone, email or letter The nearest bus stop to the flat is 400 metres away The nearest train station is at Saxmundham which is 7 miles away; there are accessible taxis at the station and a bus serviceThe nearest RADAR toilet is in the town which is 400 metres away, at the Moot Hall Shelter, keys to these toilets may be purchased at the Tourist Information Centre should you not have your own.

ARRIVAL & CAR PARKING FACILITIES

* There is a car park at the side of the flat with allocated spaces
* The car park is levelled concrete flat and even
* You may park directly outside the flat for unloading/loading
* Before the main front door  there is two steps – 7cm high, 240cm wide, and 5cm high, 240cm wide
* Parking is 20 metres away from the entrance
* The property is clearly marked with the number
* On arriving at the property you will be met by our Housekeepers who will go through any issues and   will hand over the keys.

* The flat door entrance is 83cm wide hinged to the left and the key hole lock is 129cm high
* Inside the front door entrance is a square hall which is 230cm area which leads to the lounge/dining area and off to the bedroom.
